So a long time ago I bought a World Eaters Contemptor Dread, the fancy World Eaters one.
That 2015 Malal project went the way of the dodo.
I did get a nice crisp line on the torso though
So it's sat unloved and disassembled in various boxes for over a decade, I didn't even revive it for the dreadnought Legion project where I used the Mk4 I'd picked up on Ebay and recent repainted for the Björn The Betrayer project.
So with the plan for this month switching I dug this guy out and I'd already done a couple of things I had planned.
I'd brought the screaming skull and wraith bone with me tonight to get that done and the bronze trim. If I hadn't napped so aggressively I would have looked for the Kantor blue for those sections on the dread.
Looking at the painting guide app I need to pick up a couple of paints tomorrow when I get down to Wigan as well as the Warp Talons. Then it's a build day when I get home.
