Yes, this is what the Salamanders looked like during the Badab War, pale yellow with black or very dark green wavy lines. Then it was changed to just dark green with a salamander lizard engulfed in flames or just the head as their chapter icon right about the time they upgraded to Mk. VII powered armor. This was also back when all Dark Angels wore jet black armor.
Nowadays, the Salamanders have either bright green or pale olive green with the dragon head icon, things have changed quite a bit since Rogue Trader days!
