Azrael Crosses the Rubicon Primaris

 I did start this earlier this month, but in the last Monthly Vow period.

I started with the Blade Guard ancient, cutting the banner and the hand off, i spent a lot of time filing out the hand holding the sword so the hilt sat in a sensible looking place.

Part of the wait was getting Dark Angels upgrade sprue, I did some work getting the icon to fit on the shoulder, the gun was added directly from the old metal Azrael, with a tiny bit of filing on the gun arm and ancient arm to get a good fit.

Got the base coats done on body and robes yesterday, as well as agrax earthshade washes on the holster, pouch and belt.

Got the reikland flesh wash amber on the key and icon, and tried the obsidian nuln oil wash on the beads. 

While I was painting the flames on the banner I thought I'd got it wrong, but looking at it I feel like I got those right. 

I think I did an good job on the banner and the pack.

The 1 little bit I'm not happy with is the tilt plate hexagramnaton, but everything else I really like how this came out.
