Had another working shift tonight.
The bases were given a coat of astroganite, then the base was given a coat of ushabati bone, the surface was given an oxide wash, the rim was given a coat of deep kin flesh paint. Each Masque will be given a matching ring.
Last 2 for the Motley Crew, one de wytch and one old rt trouper. These 2 and the 2 last night are supposed to represent a mix of Craftworld and Commoragh Aeldari that are following Yvraine. Hopefully will be doing the bases tomorrow, if my guy will actually sleep of course

Tonight's WIP, for the Great Pretender's Troupe, The Motley Crew.
Last 4 I was thinking of painting like the orginal LA Roses and Hollywood Guns, then thought about it some more and will look at doing 2 in a Craftworld inspired colours and 2 in Kabal colours.
Easing myself back into the swing of things after a rough couple of weeks, started off yesterday by fitting a mask to a Spell Singer I'd picked up on ebay with green stuff.
Fast forward to tonight, all 3 minis got a base coat of ushabati bone, the Spell Singer got an oxide wash, a light nuln oil wash then a white dry brush, I picked out the hair and a gem stone with blood for the blood god, to make it really stand out.
General Boom is now part of the 2nd Chorus as their Death Jester.
The last thing I painted tonight was the Iron Warrior , he's been painted up for the Grey Angel's Troupe.
I'll pick up some nail varnish remover on my way home in the morning so I can start giving some of the stuff that's in need of it a bath.
Feeling better now, and getting getting back into the swing of things. The Spell Singer has been given a face mask and I'll be giving it a grenade pack with some green stuff tonight.
Around that I'm planning on painting the guy with the bionic leg for the Grey Angel's Troupe.
I'm just about to go out and pick up some stuff for tonight's shift at work, and some nail varnish remover to give various minis that bath that I think they need before a repaint.
Planning my finances for the next couple of months as Adeptus Titanicus is out soon. My piggy bank is nearly full, I had £46 plus change last time I counted it up, so hoping to get it to over £50 by August.
I'm also hoping to get £100 squirreled aside for the big release in August so I can get at least one box and hopefully some extras to round out the Legio.
Now to work out which Legio I want to paint.

These photos came out today from the set of T 6 which is on the T2 time line but ignores everything after it.
The Grand Masque of The Breaking Dawn, to bring them up to 8th legal I need to build/buy a couple of Troupe masters, one for the Star Players and one for the 2nd Chorus.
I also need to get the Mimes done and the Great Pretender and her Troupe as well.
Plan A is to put all Troupe Masters, Shadow Seers and Death Jesters onto 32mm bases, go over all the bases with astroganite and then bone and the oxide wash, each minor masque will also get a matching ring on the base to unify each Masque. With the Great Pretender that pretty much is my plan for this month.

One Troupe Master needed for this Masque. Of course I'm thinking green and purple with a white face for this one.
First Chorus
The First Chorus just needs the Master, Shadow Seer and Death Jester moving onto the 32mm bases.
The Mimes
Thinking of giving The Deceivers a bath and making the a bit more gold, there Shadow Seer, the old High Warlock is definitely getting a bath. The unpainted Troupe will be classic black and white Mimes.
The Second Chorus
The 2nd Chorus needs a Troupe Master, looking for something from the old Wood Elf range to use, if I can find them, the twins that rode the dragon or the eagle guy.
The Great Pretender's Troupe
The Great Pretender's Troupe is sorted just need to crack on with the last Troupe.
Missed the Harlequins off last month, but I did kind of burn out what with over working, and my next 2 weeks of work look fairly hectic from the provisional rotas I've seen, so will keep my expectations low.
I'll be going over my Harlequins again at the weekend to see what I need to get to make each Masque legal. I know I need a couple of minis to make new Troupe Masters and that new Death Character from AoS might be sneaked in as a Shadow Seer just need to check which masque would fit her better.
There are 2 Troupes that need doing, one for the Mime Masque based on the Sisters from Kubo and the 2 Strings and one based on 80's rock bands for The Great Pretender's Masque, as well as Yvraine as the Great Pretender, and the Dark Reaper Exarch with Shuriken cannon for one Troupe.
Review Time.
First up was the Talon Master for my DA Successor Chapter's 2nd Company, this was a nice conversion to do. I broke the assault cannon off the Forge World land speeder tempest, and fitted a couple of heavy bolters into that slot with green stuff. Next up was the assault cannons, these game from the Venerable Dreadnought kits, one happened to be from the Space Wolf kit, these where again green stuffed after I'd spent some time finesseing the cannons to fit in the sides where the missile launchers are mounted.
Next up was the Shadow Seer that was inspired by the dress worn by Annie Lennox at the tribute concert for Freddie Mercury, as well as a couple troupes for the Great Pretender's Troupe.
Then I made a start on the Warp Spider Exarch / Phoenix lord build. I've used the skull from the Venom kit as the face, with a couple of DE Shredders on the lower arms , the Drahzar sword arms are magnetised to the shoulders as are the shredder arms, I once again tried some free hand on the jump generator, inspired by the spider in the last pic for this section.
I bought the Harlequins codex and after reading through it I bought the Eldar Trimulative box with the intention of using Yvraine as The Great Pretender and the Visarch as a Trouper in the Masque as well. I painted the Visarch in the same colours as I'd already done one of the minis in the other Troupe of this masque. I fitted him into the First of The Fallen Troupe, as these are mostly the Incubi with the old Dark Reaper Exarch with the Web of skulls.
