11 Striking Scorpions

This week I'm still feeling dicey so I haven't been pushing hard on the painting front. I did promise myself that I would get the Incubi done this week.

I'm glad I mixed enough green to get 11 done.


With having 11 I had enough to do 2 Exarchs one I did with the Possessed Claw and the other I did with a counts as Biting Blade.

Labyrinth To Get A Board Game

Jim Henson Co. partners with River Horse for Labyrinth board game It kind of surprised me to find out that this is Alessio Cavatore's company and they did the recent Terminator Genisys: The Miniatures Game and Shuuro, an inventive spin on chess. Striking Scorpion Exarch

Sat waiting on the postman to deliver another Wraith Lord and the Tree Man Ancient, so working on the 3rd Voidweaver and a counts as Exarch for my Exodite Striking Scorpions.

I cut the arm off an old Incubi, that hurt a little.


I then green stuffed the possessed arm on and left it to cure over night.


I dug out an old las pistol and green stuffed that onto the claw.


I then mixed Vallejo Sick Green and GW black in about a 3 to 1 ratio, I also hope I mixed enough to do all 10.

I added some screaming skull as a base for the yellow counter point colour

Plan A is to do the eyes black with yellow like flames around the eyes.


Just need to put the pipes on the back now and this is finished.

Bits And Bobs

I find myself in the middle of an oldhammer binge, I have painted this old Prototype Terminator for my Deathwing, on the base I've green stuffed some flag stones on the base as a simple enhancement

I'll dry brush some bone or skull on the flags later when the grey is dry. Not sure what I'm going to use it for.


I also painted this bike black next slow phase is 3 bikes, re paint the chaos bikes back to Ravenwing bikes.


And as a little side line I've added magnets and green stuff to the Sigmarine on the shield arm, hopefully this will look good when painted.

Boobs! Voidweaver! BOOBS!

With being a bit ill this week I've not felt like doing much.

Basically I stripped her

Filed off the palm weapon on the hand as it looked wrong for what I had in mind.

I cut a zypherglaive down to fit and so it wouldn't have any rouge hands

I removed the old metal support and replaced it with a Marine helmet that I later painted in the colours of my former Codex Chapter of Orange and Bone.




She has been finished for now .


The 2nd Voidweavers is ironically the 1st for the formation.


This has just 1 ribbon, denoting the 1st of 3 Voidweavers for The Diplomatic Core.
