Warhammer World Display Cases

So was out down at Warhammer World yesterday for a game, great fun, great day, Bugmans XXXXXX is a very nice pale ale and the food was freshly done, no micromeal crap ( getting the pizza next time). If you have heald off going because it might not be worth it? Go, arrange a game, buy some Forge World stuff (one couple picked up over £500 worth of stuff, guy in front of me bought over £260 worth of Eldar, putting my £99 to shame) & deffinatly eat at Bugmans. Even the shutters that close up the Bugmans exclusive stuff are made to look like the rest of the woodwork. Going to be putting the photos from the battle and other bits and pieces up on Tueday .

Monthly Target, Missed It By Month

Right as I'm going to fail my challenge for this month as I've bought other stuff, here's a vauge list of what I'm aiming at finishing by the end of Febuary, in no real order.
Murderfang - painted up for the Knights Of Blood/Carchadons.
Bjørn The Fell Handed x2- one metal, 1 new plastic, one for my Deathwing Ven Dread, the not so good looking one paint it as Blood Ravens for a laugh.
Contemptor- painted for Malal, this gets the axe from the Bjørn kit and a whip.
Venom- my Solitaires ride, dark blue with a trail at free hand by doing a blood red moon on it.
Raider- black, red & white.
6 Space Marine bikes- 3 Ravenwing, 3 for Malal.
1 Storm Talon- Knights Of Blood colours with some tribal designs
5 or 6 Jet Bikes- I can't remember how many I have, 2 for Malal the rest black and orange.
On the look out for 2 more old school raiders to finish my Raiders for the Chorus and one new Raider for the Star Players.
So hoping the Harlequin rumors are true, will be getting that next payday alongside the Bjørn kit, and if the Harlequin rumors are true March and April will be 2 Troupes of new Harlequins alongside some Knights Of Blood

The Most Demanding Dæmon Roles & A Storm Talon

The job has got mad again, daft hours left right and centre. The Incubi are the major Dæmons of Slannesh, these 2 of 3 are based on the Clown that Kingpin and the New York underworld hire to kill Hawkeye. I've also today won a Venom that will be the Solitaire/Succubus's ride, I also won a Raider for the Goon Troupe. The last is the Storm Talon I'm painting up for the Knights Of Blood, with this being Codex Marine choice I'm going to try my hand at some free hand painting with some Tribal designs to show the Carchardons side of this army. The position of the missile pods was not my idea, I bought this one of a mate and he won it on ebay.

Forge World Bulletin #44

New bulletin has gone live at Forge World, features a tank that is "earth shatteringly powerful", more will be revealed at the Horus Heresy Weekender. There's also some of Mark Bedfords Solar Auxilla with Knight support.

Big Proxy Weekend.

Had a good day so far and off out for some drinks with some old old friends later. Yeah, who doesn't want bear cavelry? And you get to disfigure Valdimir Putin as a bonus! CIA already have me on a watch list why not the FSB as well... Also came accross the Hulk Buster Iron Man toy, other figures in this range are 12 inches tall and have techno dodads inside that allow the toys to interact with each other, there is also a Quinjet coming as well, yes I am thinking of getting it and proxying it for something, most likely a Storm Raven, I did think that the Hulk Buster would make a good base for a Titan build if you wanted to try your hand at that.
